1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DMToFlow ("the Service"), a product developed and owned by Newswireblog, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DMToFlow provides an automation tool that allows Instagram Business users to automatically reply to comments and send Direct Messages based on predefined keyword triggers.

3. User Obligations

By using DMToFlow, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws.
• Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You must not use our service to send unsolicited spam, abusive, or hateful content.

4. Meta Platform Compliance

Our Service interacts with the Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Your use of our Service is strictly subject to Meta's terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your automations violate Meta's policies (e.g., sending excessive DMs outside the standard 24-hour window without user interaction).

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Newswireblog, DMToFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
